Established in 2017, Project Rock is dedicated to provide all services related to rock climbing and grow the sports. Project Rock is dedicated to growing the climbing sport. We’re the biggest rock climbing gym in North Malaysia! We welcome EVERYONE regardless of climbing experience! Friends, family, corporate groups purposes and team building. Project Rock @ IKEA Batu Kawan: maximum capacity 40 people. Project Rock @ Tanjung Bungah: maximum capacity 5 people

FAQs

Q Do I need make a reservation?

You do NOT have to make a reservation for a REGULAR visit. You DO need to make a booking if you are interested to participate in one of our classes.

Q What do iI need to bring?

All you need to bring is comfortable clothes, socks and your sense of adventure. You may also bring your own gear. Project Rock @ Tanjung Bungah â€“ Only climbing shoes are needed, shoe rental is RM10. Project Rock @ IKEA Batu Kawan â€“ Climbing shoes and harness are provided with no extra charge.

Q Do I need lots of upper body strength to climb?

You do not need to be the Rock to start enjoying climbing. Our facility caters to the beginner and recreational climber as well as more experienced climbers. With that said, as with all sports, the more you do it, the fitter and stronger will you get.
